WARRANTY & RETURNS

RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 14 day of receipt (the day your package is delivered to your shipping address). Returns must be in like new condition. Any damage will be charged for and deducted from the amount credited to your account. The credit amount will be applied to your original payment method. All returns require an RMA#. To obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) please send an email to customerservice@watersticks.com. Your email should include the full name the order was placed under, the item(s) ordered, the date the order was placed and the reason for the return. We will email you back an RMA# along with instructions for returning your order. We will happily issue your credit within 24 hours of receiving your return. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

WARRANTY:
WaterSticks are designed and built to provide many years of satisfactory performance under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is for 12 months from the date of purchase for original buyer (non-transferrable). Customers within the USA are responsible for return shipping charges for warranty returns and ALL CUSTOMERS outside the USA are responsible for both the return shipping charges and for shipping costs associated with us shipping either a repaired or replaced item(s) back to you. All shipments outside the United States are only guaranteed to have been shipped by us and the customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment and any customs fees once it reaches their country. Shipping damage and missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt to be covered under this warranty. Warranty does not apply if you damage a part or if damage is caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized alterations, over tightening of fittings, freezing, accidents, fire, failing to perform the required maintenance, or unusually high levels of chlorine or contaminants in your water. Failure to follow the installation, use and regeneration instructions can void the warranty. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. To obtain service under this warranty, notify WaterSticks, Inc. by email at customerservice@watersticks.com describing any defect in workmanship and attach a copy of your original PayPal receipt. Upon receipt of such notice and determining the damage is covered by this warranty, WaterSticks, Inc. will issue an RMA# and will repair or replace the defective part(s) upon receipt. Please follow the instructions and local codes when installing your WaterStick. WaterSticks, Inc. is not responsible for latent defects or consequential damages.
