Using a Freight Forwarder (International Orders)

If we do not currently ship to your country, you may still place an order by using a U.S.-based freight forwarder.

How It Works

1. Choose a U.S.-based freight forwarder.

2. Place your order on our website and enter the freight forwarder’s address in the Ship To section at checkout.

3. You will be charged our standard domestic U.S. shipping rate.

4. Once your package arrives at the freight forwarder, they will bill you directly for international shipping and deliver the package to you.

📌 Important: Please do not contact us to request shipping directly to your country. No exceptions will be made.

Required Step After Ordering

Immediately after placing your order, you must accept the Freight Forwarder Agreement using the green button above for freight forwarder terms and acknowledgement.

Note: We automatically recognize freight forwarder addresses.
Your order will not ship until this agreement has been reviewed and accepted.

Freight Forwarder Terms & Acknowledgement

Since I’m having my order shipped to a Freight Forwarder who will forward my order to my international destination, I understand that I need to review and accept all terms and conditions as specified below:

• WaterSticks is not responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items once the package has been delivered to the freight forwarder.

• Any claims for loss, damage, or missing items must be filed directly with the freight forwarding company, and reimbursement is your responsibility.

• You are required to use a freight forwarder that opens the package upon receipt and provides emailed photos of the contents to confirm that nothing is damaged or missing.

• Using a freight forwarder voids the ShowerStick warranty.
