By choosing to ship my order to a freight forwarder, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

WaterSticks is not responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items once the package is delivered to the freight forwarder.
Any claims for loss, damage, or missing items must be filed directly with the freight forwarding company, and reimbursement is my sole responsibility.
I understand that I must use a freight forwarding company that opens the package upon receipt and provides emailed photos of the contents to confirm that nothing is damaged or missing.
I understand and agree that using a freight forwarder voids the ShowerStick warranty.

I understand that because my order is being shipped to a freight forwarder, WaterSticks is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it reaches the freight forwarder. To collect for loss, damage, or missing items, it’s my responsibility to file a claim with and collect reimbursement from the freight forwarder. I understand that I need to hire a freight forwarding company who will open the package when they receive it and will email me photos of the contents, to show that nothing is damaged or missing. I also understand that using a freight forwarder voids the ShowerStick warranty.
