RETURNS

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (based on the delivery date to your shipping address).
• Condition: Items must be in like-new condition. Damage to returned items will be assessed and deducted from your refund.
• Refund Method: Credit will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of receiving your return.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• RMA Required: All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

  • If your order qualifies, we will email your RMA# and return instructions.

WARRANTY

• Coverage Period: All WaterSticks products include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• Eligibility: Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects under normal use and proper maintenance.
• What’s Not Covered:
  • Damage due to incorrect installation, misuse, freezing, over-tightening, unauthorized alterations, fire, accidents, or failure to maintain or follow instructions.
  • Unusually high levels of contaminants in your water.
  • Shipping damage or missing parts not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Shipping Responsibility:
  • U.S. Customers: Responsible for return shipping of warranty claims.
  • International Customers: Responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs, as well as all customs and brokerage fees.
• How to File a Warranty Claim:
  Submit the form on our Warranty page. If the damage is covered, we will provide instructions and replace defective parts as needed. Proof of purchase is required.

By purchasing and using WaterSticks products, you agree to the following terms:

• WATERSTICKS is not liable for any water damage, property damage, or personal injury resulting from:
  • Proper or improper use or installation
  • Product failure or catastrophic malfunction
  • Freezing exposure or prolonged air exposure during storage
  • Exceeding recommended water pressure ratings
• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• WATERSTICKS is not responsible for:
  • Plumbing labor or installation costs
  • Leaks or any resulting damage
  • Determining product suitability for specific applications or water conditions

All use and installation are at the buyer’s own risk. Please follow all instructions and local plumbing codes when installing your ShowerStick.
